We work closely with all major developers in the UAE and provide full marketing & admin support to help our agents thrive and close deals successfully. We are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents and a Sales Manager who can bring their own team, lead from the front, and grow with us financially & professionally. Sales Managers can earn additional team-based incentives and leadership bonuse Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads for property listings & sales • Build and manage strong client relationships • Negotiate and close real estate transactions • Provide professional property consultations to buyers & sellers • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and developer launches • Sales Manager: Train, mentor, and supervise a team of agents & drive team sales targets Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market) • Good communication & negotiation skills • Positive attitude, proactive mindset & hunger to succeed • Ability to generate leads & handle client relationships • Team-leading experience preferred for Sales Manager role Commission Structure: Broker Form A (Your Listing, Your Client) ➡️ 70% Broker ➡️ 30% Company Company Form A (Company Listing) ➡️ 50% Broker ➡️ 50% Company Company Form A + Company Client ➡️ 60% Broker ➡️ 40% Company Broker’s Own Buyer (Your Client) ➡️ 60% Broker ➡️ 40% Company Company-Provided Buyer ➡️ 50% Broker ➡️ 50% Company ➡️ Additional commission incentives and bonuses will be discussed during the interview. ➡️ High-performing agents may be offered team-lead roles.
