- Generate, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of high-quality sales leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and company-provided resources.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and property valuations to advise clients accurately on pricing strategies and investment potential.
- Manage all aspects of property viewings and open houses, ensuring professional representation of properties and effective communication of key features.
- Negotiate complex terms and conditions for buyers and sellers, drafting and reviewing contracts in strict compliance with RERA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with legal, financing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely closing of all transactions.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding market trends, mortgage options, and potential return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain the company CRM database with accurate, up-to-date client and property information, ensuring transparency and accountability in the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of proven, successful experience as a Real Estate Agent, primarily handling sales transactions in the Dubai property market.
- Valid RERA certification and deep, updated understanding of UAE property laws, transaction processes, and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets for high-value residential or commercial properties.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; fluency in Arabic or other major languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize modern CRM systems and digital marketing tools effectively for lead management and client relationship building.
- Must possess a professional demeanor, strong ethical standards, and a valid UAE driver's license with reliable transportation.
