Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai
Advise clients on current Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Assist buyers and tenants in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and budget
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits
Negotiate sales and lease terms to achieve the best outcome for clients and the company
Prepare and manage property documentation, contracts, and agreements in compliance with RERA/DLD regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, off-plan projects, and secondary market properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients
Update listings on CRM systems and property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
Coordinate with internal teams (admin, conveyancing, marketing) to ensure smooth transactions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
Ensure high standards of customer service and post-transaction follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including freehold areas, communities, and regulations Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in Dubai (preferred) Strong understanding of RERA rules, DLD processes, and Ejari Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-driven with a strong sales mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and listings Professional appearance and client-focused attitude Proficient in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages is a plus) Familiar with CRM systems and major property portals Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred) RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
