Roles & Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Listing and marketing properties.
  • Showing properties to potential buyers/renters.
  • Negotiating prices and terms.
  • Preparing and managing paperwork (offers, leases, contracts).
  • Mediating between parties and resolving disputes.

key responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist senior agents with initial client contact, understanding needs, and conducting property research.
  • Property Marketing: Help prepare listings, take photos, write descriptions, and promote properties online and offline.
  • Showings & Viewings: Schedule and conduct property tours for potential buyers or renters.
  • Market Research: Learn local market trends, property values, and neighborhood specifics.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, data entry, database management, and track client information.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in marketing efforts to build your own network and generate leads.
  • Transaction Assistance: Help with preparing offers, coordinating with other agents, and ensuring smooth closing processes.

English proficiency

Strong market knowledge.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
