Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote, present, and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers. Generate and qualify leads through calls, inquiries, referrals, and networking. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers in line with company standards. Maintain updated listings, client databases, and sales activity reports. Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal marketing teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain professional ethics and comply with UAE real estate regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage in the UAE. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (Arabic an advantage). Good knowledge of UAE real estate market and projects. RERA Certification (preferred for Dubai-based roles). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
