What You ll Do

* Help clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties in Dubai
* Provide expert advice on prices, mortgages, and property market trends
* Maintain and manage listings, schedule viewings, and ensure smooth communication
* Negotiate and close property deals with a focus on win-win outcomes
* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
* Stay informed on the latest market shifts, legal updates, and listing platforms
* Represent the VOTA brand with professionalism and confidence at all times

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market
* At least 4 completed sales transactions
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with CRM platforms, listing tools, and digital marketing basics
* Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
* Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and hunger for success
