Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day to generate leads and follow up with prospects
5 active property listings per month
Arrange and conduct 10 client meetings per month for off-plan properties
Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate options, including off-plan and ready properties
Prospect and qualify potential clients through networking, lead generation, and follow-up to build a strong client base.
Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing their specific needs and preferences.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Holds a valid Real Estate License in the relevant jurisdiction, demonstrating legal authorization to practice.
Has completed relevant Real Estate certifications such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) or Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating practical knowledge and experience.
