Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing expert guidance through every stage of the buying, selling, or renting process.

Property Listings: Manage and promote premium property listings, ensuring maximum visibility and market appeal.

Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments to offer clients the best possible advice.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead successful negotiations and secure favourable deals for clients, achieving high closing rates.

Documentation & Compliance: Oversee transaction documentation (MOUs, LOIs, addendums) and ensure compliance with all UAE regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 6 months + of proven experience in real estate consulting or sales within the UAE.

Broker Card: Must hold a valid UAE broker card.

Driving License: A UAE driving license is required.

Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly Abu Dhabi.

Sales Record: Strong closing record with experience in handling high-value transactions.

Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing superior client service.
