Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gathering information: Searching for information about real estate projects and available units and related data.
  • Communicating with clients and sellers: Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable offers, and with sellers to learn about the features of their units.
  • Marketing and promotion: Effectively showcasing and marketing real estate units to attract buyers. Negotiation: Representing the seller in the negotiation phase with buyers to reach a suitable price for both parties.
  • Building relationships: Establishing strong relationships with clients and retaining them to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous success.
  • Tips for increasing real estate sales: Understanding the client: Focusing on understanding the client's needs, desires, and motives for purchasing.
  • Market knowledge: Having deep knowledge of the local real estate market and the ability to analyze data to provide accurate consultations.
  • Negotiation skills: Developing strong negotiation skills to achieve profitable deals for both parties.
  • Effective communication: Building strong relationships with clients and better understanding their needs through effective communication.
  • Continuous follow-up: Committing to following up with clients after the sale and building long-term relationships.
