Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent/Broker to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a professional who has a solid foundation in the UAE market (minimum 6 months) and is looking for a stable environment that offers both a guaranteed monthly salary and a high-earning commission structure.
Lead Management: Actively follow up on company-provided leads and generate new prospects through networking and cold calling.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants, providing expert knowledge on the property and neighborhood.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest UAE market trends, property values, and new project launches (Off-plan and Secondary).
Negotiation: Mediate the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and professional deal for all parties.
Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) or tenancy contracts, in compliance with UAE laws.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of active experience in the UAE real estate market.
RERA/DMT: A valid RERA (Dubai) or DMT (Abu Dhabi) license is highly preferred but not always mandatory if you have a strong sales record.
Communication: Fluent in English (other languages like Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a huge plus).
Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License and a personal car are usually required to attend viewings.
Attitude: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and a professional appearance.
