Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and build a strong client database through calls, referrals, portals, and networking
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options
Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Prepare and manage contracts, MOUs, Ejari registration, and related documentation
Coordinate with landlords, developers, banks, and legal teams when required
Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
