Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, networking, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to match suitable properties
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and communities
- Source, manage, and update property listings with accurate details and visuals
- Conduct professional property viewings and client presentations
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate deals and coordinate smooth closings with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and manage required documentation
- Use CRM systems, property portals, and social media to support sales activities
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate preferred.
• Prefer UAE driving license and own car.
• Familiar with CRM systems, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder), and social media marketing.
