Qualifications and Requirements:

• At
  least 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Preferable).
• Proven
  track record of Off Plan closings or Sales Proof.
• In-depth
  knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market with strong networking and
  interpersonal skills.
• Valid
  UAE driver's license.
• Visa:
  Own Visa Only.

Duties Of Real Estate Consultants:

• Meet
  with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide
  expert advice and guidance to clients regarding off-plan properties,
  showcasing project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
• Represent
  the company professionally, attending project launches and events.
• Build
  and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and
  industry professionals
• Stay
  up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice.
