Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities, enabling clients to make informed real estate decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in property valuation by comparing recent sales, analyzing market conditions, and leveraging industry data.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for industry knowledge.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in real estate consulting or sales, showcasing proven expertise.

  • Real Estate License or certification is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

  • Experience working in diverse property sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, is highly valued.
