Roles & Responsibilities
Real Estate Consultant A Real Estate Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate industry by helping property owners or property management companies to lease/sell their residential &/or commercial units. The primary responsibility of a Real Estate Consultant is to attract and secure tenants for residential or commercial properties. · Create and maintain compelling property listings across various platforms, including online portals, social media, and traditional advertising channels. · Organize and participate in property showings to showcase listed units to prospective tenants. · Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available properties and answering questions. · Foster positive relationships with existing clients database to ensure satisfaction and encourage further referrals from them.. · Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. · Prepare and execute lease/sales agreements in accordance with local and state laws between the landlord & the client. · Collect and process rental payments and security deposits. · Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties. · Provide regular market analysis reports to property owners to help determine competitive rental pricing. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, tenant information, and leasing activities. · Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and the handling of security deposits. · Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly and effectively. · Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain a positive reputation for the property. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant local and state rental laws and regulations. Fluency in spoken and written English. (Arabic is a plus) Commitment & dedication to success. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, & Power point (Photoshop is a plus) Valid Qatari driving license is a Plus. Must have Qatari ID Salary: Commission based employment, competitive % from generated target income.
