Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction through each step of the property transaction process, by offering them informed insights and a professional approach. • Conduct comprehensive property market research to stay informed about industry trends.
• Provide clients with accurate and current information regarding property availability.
• Assist clients in analyzing the value and potential of prospective real estate investments.
• Guide clients through the entire process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Negotiate property sales agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts for client referrals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings effectively.
• Prepare and conduct property tours for prospective buyers or renters.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to all clients.
• Monitor and report on progress through the real estate transaction process.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of local real estate markets and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using real estate database and property management software.
• Valid real estate agent s or broker s license, or willingness to obtain one.
