Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive aggressive sales strategies to close high-value deals and generate significant revenue. Manage and mentor a sales team, ensuring alignment with targets, processes, and performance standards. Handle complex negotiations, overcoming objections, and closing sales with strong client management skills. Expertly navigate off-plan property sales and understand market trends to capitalize on opportunities. Ensure adherence to company processes while remaining flexible and adaptable to market demands. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build long-term relationships through exceptional service. Work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while achieving sales targets. Actively contribute to achieving team goals and driving overall company growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development. Demonstrated success in sales leadership, closing deals, and generating revenue in a competitive environment. Strong understanding of off-plan property sales and real estate market dynamics. Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English; additional languages are an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively. Ability to work under pressure, maintain focus, and drive results. Strong problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
