You will be trained and mentored into becoming a community specialist. And what about buyer-leads? Well, Here comes the good part.

You will receive DOUBLE THE NUMBER OF LEADS. You will get leads from the portals. And more leads from our unique database-marketing system. Your clients will also get FREE MORTGAGE SERVICE from our mortgage-company, which is the oldest mortgage-consultancy in Dubai. Using this strategy, I and our best agents are generating Dh 50,000 revenue per month. You too can generate this revenue. What is more, you can be promoted to Associate director and eventually partner positions. In summary, you receive both listing and buyer leads, generate revenue and get promoted as well.

Job Specification:

- A set of property-owner listings will be handed to you. You will have to manage

relationships with the owners

- New buyer-enquiries will be passed to you every day. Call the buyers and

establish a relationship

- Show buyers the villas assigned to you for sale.

- Offer your buyers our free mortgage service

- Negotiate between buyer and seller till an acceptable agreement is established

- Organize an MOU between buyer and seller

- Work with our mortgage team to ensure the mortgage approval and related process

are managed

- Work with our conveyancing-team who will manage the progression from signing of

the MOU till transfer

Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proven record of achieving sales targets

- Essential to have had 1-2 years experience in Sales

- Willing to join immediately

- Positive and hardworking attitude

- Should have a valid UAE Driving license
