Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate property deals and contracts
- Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
- Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and documentation
- Use CRM systems and property portals to manage leads
- Meet monthly sales and leasing targets
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai property market preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent English required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
