Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities that drive client decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive property listings and marketing materials that highlight unique features and attract potential buyers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate consulting or a similar role to demonstrate industry knowledge.
  • Real Estate License or certification is mandatory to ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
  • Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies to provide clients with informed advice.
