Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and proactively prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement to build a robust client base and pipeline.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations, market analyses, and comparative market analyses (CMAs) to advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
- Effectively market properties using various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses, to maximize property exposure and attract qualified buyers.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and sales agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while navigating complex transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire real estate process with clear communication and support.
- Stay informed about market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Exhibits a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and effectively conveying complex information.
Possesses strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex transactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
Exhibits a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrates a proven track record of sales success, with experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.
Exhibits strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
Demonstrates proficiency in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other real estate technology tools.
Possesses a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset, thriving in an uncapped commission environment.
Displays excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Exhibits a customer-centric approach, with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals and providing exceptional service.
NOTE - This position is a commission only role with uncapped commission structure.
