Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure prime real estate locations suitable for the expansion of our restaurant portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition, including market research, feasibility studies, site visits, and financial analysis.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, renewals, and favorable commercial terms with property owners, developers, and brokers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, government authorities, consultants, and real estate partners.
- Manage zoning, permitting, and compliance processes to ensure timely site approvals and smooth project execution.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams to support restaurant development timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and commercial real estate developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and location recommendations for senior management decision-making.
- Oversee the performance of existing restaurant locations and recommend actions for optimization, relocation, or expansion.
- Lead the strategic expansion plan, ensuring that all new restaurant sites align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager, ideally within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong track record of identifying and securing commercial spaces for restaurant or retail expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate laws, zoning regulations, lease structures, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial modeling, and site evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight timelines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of expansion initiatives.
- Someone who can lead and drive the expansion of our restaurants, ensuring sustainable growth and optimal site selection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
