Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee property acquisition and disposition activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify profitable investment opportunities and optimize asset performance.
- Develop and implement strategic property management plans that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company interests.
- Coordinate maintenance and improvement projects to uphold property standards and increase overall value.
- Prepare and manage budget forecasts, analyzing variances to ensure financial performance meets targets.
- Lead a team of property staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements to mitigate risks.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and vendors, to enhance business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in real estate management or a related industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) are highly preferred.
- Experience managing diverse property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
- Proficient in real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset, especially in multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and market data effectively.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful stakeholder interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving market landscape.
