Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end real estate project development
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with Greek regulations and permits
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Report progress to senior management
Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate
5+ years of experience in real estate project management
Strong knowledge of the Greek real estate market and regulations
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Fluency in English (Greek is a strong advantage)
PMP certification is a plus
