Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the rental and leasing process for various properties.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and answer their inquiries.
• Analyze local real estate market trends to provide leasing recommendations.
• Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure legal compliance.
• Act as a liaison between property owners and prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to satisfy both parties involved.
• Manage and maintain a database of available properties for rent.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and current tenants and landlords.
• Ensure properties adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Resolve any issues or disputes arising during the leasing process.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all leasing transactions and interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in leasing consulting or real estate industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and leasing laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused outlook.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Current real estate license or certification is highly desirable.
