Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the rental and leasing process for various properties.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and answer their inquiries.
- Analyze local real estate market trends to provide leasing recommendations.
- Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure legal compliance.
- Act as a liaison between property owners and prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to satisfy both parties involved.
- Manage and maintain a database of available properties for rent.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and current tenants and landlords.
- Ensure properties adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Resolve any issues or disputes arising during the leasing process.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all leasing transactions and interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in leasing consulting or real estate industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and leasing laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused outlook.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Current real estate license or certification is highly desirable.
