Job Title: Real Estate Manager (Profit sharing Role)
Department: Real Estate / Asset Management
Reports To: Chairman
Compensation Structure:
This is a profit-sharing position with no fixed salary base. Earnings are derived directly from the net profits, leasing commissions, and income generated through property management, brokerage activities, and asset performance improvements. The individual’s income potential is uncapped and tied to tangible results and financial returns achieved.
Role Purpose
The Real Estate Manager will take full ownership of managing and growing a portfolio of commercial and residential assets on a profit-sharing basis. This role is ideal for a self-driven, entrepreneurial professional with a strong network and proven ability to deliver measurable revenue growth. The focus is on maximizing profitability, occupancy, and asset value through proactive leasing, facilities management, and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all leasing, facility, and operational aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Source, negotiate, and close new leasing and brokerage deals across commercial and residential properties.
Drive revenue generation through optimized lease structures, renewals, and creative value-add opportunities.
Oversee all property operations, including rent collection, maintenance compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and third-party vendors.
Monitor property performance metrics, arrears, and market trends to maximize returns.
Identify and propose innovative revenue streams such as premium amenities, events, or partnerships.
Manage vendor contracts and ensure service quality while maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensure legal, regulatory, and RERA compliance for all tenancies and transactions.
Provide transparent reporting on income, expenses, and asset performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in managing commercial and residential properties in Dubai or the UAE.
Demonstrated success in real estate brokerage, lease negotiation, and income generation.
Strong familiarity with the Dubai commercial property market, tenancy laws, and RERA regulations (RERA certification mandatory).
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a results-only, commission-based environment.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Advanced understanding of property value optimization and revenue forecasting.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify high-value opportunities.
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities.
High self-motivation, discipline, and goal orientation under a performance-only model.
Proficiency in property management systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
