Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.
Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Conduct property viewings and presentations tailored to client needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
Stay updated on current market conditions, competitor activities, and new property developments.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
