Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conducting property viewings and providing comprehensive information about listings.
- Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiating sales agreements and facilitating contract processes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Providing exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Good understanding of local real estate market and legal requirements.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Possession of a car is preferred but not mandatory.
