Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase available developments.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to access exclusive offers and project information.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
