Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Present and promote a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate agreements between buyers and property developers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current listings, trends, and regulations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient transaction processes.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, highlighting suitable property options.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
