What You ll Do

* Develop and manage strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored real estate solutions
* Guide buyers and sellers through property transactions, from initial inquiry to closing
* Conduct property evaluations and advise clients on pricing strategies based on market trends
* Identify suitable properties and organize viewings for potential buyers
* Negotiate terms and contracts to secure the best possible outcome for your clients
* Promote listings through personalized campaigns, CRM tools, and supported marketing
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards
* Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and emerging opportunities

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
* Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
* RERA certification preferred
* Valid UAE driving license is a plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
* Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing platforms
