Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential) Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activitie
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ∙
Must have a valid UAE driving license ∙
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills .
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences .
Strong organizational and time management abilities .
Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills ∙
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions .
Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues.
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE .
Familiarity with CRM software and strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuwian , real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects
