Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to expand your client base.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase homes, highlighting key features, and addressing potential buyers' concerns to facilitate sales.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and smooth transactions.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to advise clients effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a valid Real Estate License in the relevant state.
- Hold certifications such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) or Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong track record of successful transactions.
