Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations.

  • Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to potential clients.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.

  • Stay informed about market trends, developer launches, pricing, and industry developments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.

  • Strong passion for sales, real estate, and relationship building.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

  • Confident in approaching and engaging prospective clients.

  • Strong networking and business development abilities.

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.

  • Previous experience in real estate, property sales, banking, insurance, luxury sales, or a similar client-facing sales role is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

  • RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to maximize earnings through a commission-based structure.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
