Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored for commercial real estate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to maximize property exposure.
  • Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations, market conditions, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years Real Estate sales experience
  • Good knowledge of Google ads, Meta ads, and Google analytics
  • 1+ years work experience in the digital marketing and/or general marketing fields
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
