Role Overview

We are currently hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Real Estate Consultants. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and motivated freshers who are eager to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.

Key Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals

  • Promote and advertise property listings across approved platforms

  • Guide clients with accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and property options

  • Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants

  • Handle negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures

  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Candidate Profile

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required)

  • Target-driven with a passion for sales

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online property portals is an advantage

  • Presentable, confident, and professional

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Prior experience in UAE real estate sales or leasing

  • Existing client base or investor network is a plus

  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities such as Yas Island, Al Reem Island, and Saadiyat

For Freshers:

  • Strong interest in real estate and sales

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial
