Roles & Responsibilities

Job description: We’re looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai& Sharjah.


If you’re passionate about Real estate sales and ready to grow your career with a trusted name in UAE real estate, we’d love to meet you!

  • Promote and sell company residential & commercial & plots.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate, updated information.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance off plan projects exposure and lead generation.

  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • +2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (required).

  • Valid UAE driving license (required).

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

  • Required Languages: Urdu/Hindi, French, Russian & Arabic.

  • Proven footprint in achieving sales targets and deliver results.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
