Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate developer sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
