Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both off-plan and secondary properties.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure team adaptability in a competitive market.
  • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, recruitment, and sales training.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary market.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
