Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both off-plan and secondary properties.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure team adaptability in a competitive market.
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
- Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Previous experience in team leadership, recruitment, and sales training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary market.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
