Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales and market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and property listing teams to ensure optimal exposure of properties.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Resolve client issues and handle escalations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
