Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on property launches and promotional activities.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in Cairo.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
