Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on property launches and promotional activities.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in Cairo.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
