Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Train and develop team members to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Monitor daily operations and provide guidance to ensure successful deal closing.
Assist team members in handling key leads and resolving customer objections.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all developers, projects, and market trends.
Ensure proper distribution of leads among the team for maximum conversion.
Conduct performance evaluations and prepare regular reports for management.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Make sure all team members comply with company sales policies and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Presentable and highly professional in dealing with clients.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in 6th of October & Sheikh Zayed (preferred).
