RiseUp Group is hiring on behalf of its leading clients in the Real-Estate field. Our client is looking to expand its Sales team and seeking to hire
- 1 Team Leader,
- 4 Senior Sales,
- 2 Sales Officers
in both departments (Off-plan and Resale) in the brokerage. The company offers competitive salaries in the market, and looking to hire immediately. They are located in Sheikh Zayed.
- Sales Team Leader Job Description
- We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team, currently consisting of 2 sales agents in the primary section and 3 in the resale department, aiming to expand upon achieving the first quarter target. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Egyptian property market.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of real estate sales agents, inspiring them to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Training and Development: Teach the team new techniques to secure deal closings.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the Egyptian real estate sector to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ethics: Maintain and follow the company's ethics and values.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience is a must for Team Leaders.
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Must have a mobile phone and laptop.
- Preferable age between 28-35.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to commute to El Sheikh Zayed daily, regardless of location.
- Will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering a high-achieving sales culture, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
