Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview: The Real Estate Sales Telecaller plays a crucial role in our sales team by making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting property listings, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage customers to drive property sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote available properties. Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Schedule and coordinate property viewings or meetings between clients and sales agents. Maintain and update client records and interactions in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls made and leads generated. Handle client queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions to nurture interest. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller or in telemarketing, preferably within real estate or sales. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling software. Goal-oriented and persistent with a customer-focused approach. Skills: Lead generation and telemarketing Client engagement and relationship management Sales techniques and objection handling Time management and organizational skills Basic real estate market knowledge Proficiency in CRM software usage
