Strategic Responsibilities

Develop and implement real estate strategies to meet business objectives.

Provide leadership and guidelines to real estate teams.

Foster relationships with stakeholders, including brokers, developers and gov agencies.

Ensure compliance with SAB policies and regulations requirements.

Lead the negotiations for property and leases.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with real estate operations.

Negotiate lease agreements for new and existing properties and ensure compliance with rental agreements and other contractual obligations.

Manage lease administration including renewals, rent payments, tenant relations, and collection of delinquent payments and eviction proceedings if necessary.

Develop and implement an effective real estate strategy for the Bank that takes into account current and future business needs, market trends, and financial considerations.

Prepare and manage the real estate report, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all real estate operations.

Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, improvements, and security in all owned and leased properties.

Manage relationships with real estate brokers and other service providers, and evaluate proposals and bids for new real estate purchases and leases.

Commit with all applicable laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to real estate operations to ensuring bank rights.

Prepare regular reports on real estate portfolio performance, trends and opportunities, and present them to senior management and other stakeholders.

Travel to different locations as needed to oversee real estate operations and cultivate positive relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
