Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process for residential and commercial real estate properties from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of MENA Group s projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with current offerings and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post-sale follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including residential and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to property locations as required.
