Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available real estate listings and services tailored to their needs.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information about clients' requirements, budget, and timeline for purchasing or renting properties.
- Maintain and update a detailed database of prospects, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups on inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the buying or renting process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a foundational understanding of sales principles.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, ideally within the real estate industry, demonstrating familiarity with market dynamics.
Fluency in English and local languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
