Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties' best features to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate offers with buyers and sellers, skillfully navigating complex transactions to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and referral sources, consistently seeking new leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses (CMAs) to clients, providing data-driven insights to inform their decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Hold a valid real estate license in good standing; additional certifications (e.g., ABR, CRS) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of success.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and trends is essential.
