Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound resale and rental leads

  • Match clients with suitable resale properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, and landlords
  • Close deals and manage transactions from inquiry to contract
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
  • Follow up with leads and update CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
