Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rebar Detailer to join our Engineering / Technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed reinforcement (rebar) shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) in alignment with structural drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate fabrication and on-site execution of reinforcement works, minimizing waste and rework.

Desired Candidate Profile


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in rebar detailing (especially in building construction / villas), preferably in the UAE or GCC region. (For more senior roles, 5+ years
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one rebar‐detailing software (RebarCAD, CADS RC, Tekla).
  • Knowledge of international and local reinforcement standards / codes (e.g., ACI, BS, UAE code, etc.).
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and detail from structural and architectural drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (working with engineers, site, procurement).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • (Preferred) Experience with BIM modeling (Revit Structure) for reinforcement.
  • (Preferred) Previous experience in villa or residential building projects in UAE.
